In order to guarantee the best possible success of your arrangements, we require you to comply with the following terms and recommendations, unless otherwise agreed. These Booking Conditions only apply to bookings made directly to us. Different booking channels may have different conditions.
The booking is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 100% of the total amount of the booking. Payment is due immediately at the time of booking.
The booking is binding after the payment has been made and after this the full amount of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Other terms and conditions
For compelling reasons, the host has the right to transfer the reservation to another accommodation of at least the same standard after consulting the subscriber. The host will reimburse the subscriber for the direct costs of the transfer.
If no prepayment is made on the day of booking, the booking will be considered canceled.
The Villa is at your disposal on the day of arrival at 17:00. Check out on departure day by 11:00.
The host may deviate from these terms and conditions, in which case the deviating terms and conditions will be stated separately when ordering.
Insurance
We recommend you to take travel insurance for possible exceptional situations and cases, as the host is not obliged to accept cancellation without cancellation costs, eg on the basis of a medical certificate or the like.
